Apply enlarged text size immediately while zoom is active (#80) 
* Apply enlarged text size immediately while zoom is active.

When the floating zoom button has already applied the enlarged size, changing the Enlarged size slider now updates the page live instead of requiring another zoom tap.

* Restore seek bar track and thumb drawables for slider visibility.

The decompiled seek_progress and seek_thumb XMLs pointed at @null, so SeekBars in the Text size dialog (and elsewhere) had no visible track or thumb between the +/- buttons. Add shape-based track assets and wire the layer-list and selector drawables to them and the existing thumb PNGs.

* Match seek bar track color to the thumb handle.

Use a thin 2dp line in each theme's thumb color for the slider background and progress track, including #7F91F5 for the default Text size slider.

* Render seek bar track as a thin centered line below the thumb.

Constrain the progress drawable layers to 2dp height with center_vertical gravity so the track stays a thin line while the thumb keeps its full size.
