The decompiled seek_progress and seek_thumb XMLs pointed at @null, so SeekBars in the Text size dialog (and elsewhere) had no visible track or thumb between the +/- buttons. Add shape-based track assets and wire the layer-list and selector drawables to them and the existing thumb PNGs.

Constrain the progress drawable layers to 2dp height with center_vertical gravity so the track stays a thin line while the thumb keeps its full size.
