XSPF to M3U8 converter

A single HTML file that converts an XSPF playlist to an extended M3U8 playlist.

Open index.html in a browser, choose or drop an .xspf file, then download the .m3u8 or copy the text. The conversion runs in the browser. The file is never uploaded.

Each track becomes an #EXTINF:-1,<title> line followed by its location. Tracks without a location are skipped.
