Cursor Agent 389b533381 Add CI to build releases and APT repository on master 
Introduce a GitHub Actions workflow that builds yad .deb packages for
Linux amd64 and arm64 on every push to master, publishes prerelease
artifacts to GitHub Releases, and updates an orphan apt branch with a
reprepro-managed APT repository.

Supporting scripts live under .ci/ and debian packaging is updated with
the optional feature build dependencies used by the CI build.
