Blurt disabled claim_account + create_claimed_account at HF2; the relay now pays the account_creation_fee inline per account_create (op 5), read live per broadcast. Removes the ACT auto-minter, mint-acts.ts, AUTOMINT config, and the claimed-account serializers; health gates on liquid balance. Economics unchanged. New regression smoke; battery 366. |
