refact0r 151176d321 ci: use refact0r/class-update@v3 
the old action ran on node20 (deprecated by github actions) and its
default changelist, SyndiShanX/Update-Classes on github, was deleted,
so every run failed with a 404. the fork runs on node24 and reads the
changelist from its codeberg home.
